Qualifications

• General knowledge in building systems (plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC).
• Familiarity with OSHA-related standards and safety practices.
• Experience with basic home maintenance tasks and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.”
• Complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
