Independence Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician at Waterstone at Big Creek in Alpharetta, GA. The role involves performing maintenance requests, troubleshooting repairs, and supporting the upkeep of the community to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance, construction, hospitality, or skilled trades experience.
• EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Perform property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation.
• Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Participate in emergency/on-call maintenance rotation.
