The role offers a pay range of $38.00–$48.00 per hour on a flat rate plan, with open availability and a schedule TBD. Duties include diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems to Honda standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as automotive technician.
• 3+ years of dealership experience preferred.
• Experience with Honda or Acura brands.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems to Honda standards.
• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, and hybrid repairs.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to Honda standards.
• Mentor and support developing technicians.
• Maintain safety and quality while meeting productivity goals.
• Stay current on Honda technology and training requirements.
• Report to the Service Manager and Team Lead with updates.
