Lithia & Driveway in California is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission and hybrid systems, in a fast-paced shop.

This role offers a flat-rate pay structure ($16.90–$70.00) and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, with opportunities for production-based bonuses and career development.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service experience is required.
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training are preferred but not required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems to Nissan standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid system repairs.
• Complete manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs to Nissan standards.
• Maintain productivity and quality goals while ensuring a safe work environment.
