ADT Security Services is seeking a Residential Service Technician to service and program home security and site automation solutions in Huntsville, AL. You will troubleshoot, configure, and ensure reliable operation of alarms, video, and access control for customers.

Responsibilities include testing system signals with central monitoring, providing clear guidance to homeowners, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Valid driver’s license required.

• Follow and complete required processes of wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.

• Provide customer service, helping customers understand and feel confident about their home protection.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
• Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.
