Job summary

Culligan Mansfield is seeking a Service Technician/Installer to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment. No prior water treatment experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or late nights, and includes benefits such as health/dental insurance, 401(k) with matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment not required; training provided.
• Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools and equipment.
• Candidate should be dependable, organized and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain water softeners and drinking water systems.
• Perform diagnostics and water testing to troubleshoot equipment.
• Explain repair and replacement options to customers.
• Deliver supplies as needed and assist with equipment deliveries.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools, and provide courteous service.
• Follow company procedures and safety practices.

We provide comprehensive training to build your career in water treatment. Culligan of Mansfield Ohio is looking for a dependable Service Technician / Installer to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with benefits and no weekends or late nights.

What You'll Do:

As a Culligan Service Technician / Installer, you'll work in customers' homes and businesses to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair Culligan water treatment equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Installing, repairing and maintaining water softeners, drinking water systems, whole-house filtration and other equipment
• Performing diagnostics and water testing to troubleshoot equipment
• Explaining repair and replacement options to customers
• Delivering 50-lb salt bags, 5-gallon water bottles and other products when needed
• Assisting with equipment deliveries and installations
• Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Following company procedures and safety practices

What we're looking for:

Water treatment experience is not required. We'll train the right person.

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with tools and equipment
• Dependable, organized, coachable and willing to learn
• Able to follow established procedures
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to safely lift and move equipment and products weighing 50–75 lbs.
• Takes pride in quality work and customer service
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, maintenance, construction, automotive repair or other skilled trades is helpful, but not required.
