Culligan Water is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain water treatment equipment for residential and commercial clients. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure timely, high-quality service in diverse environments.

Ideal candidates have field service experience in plumbing/HVAC/construction, strong mechanical skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, plumbing, HVAC, or construction is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair water softeners, filtration systems, and other top-quality water treatment equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep residential and commercial water systems running at their best.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, solving problems quickly and efficiently in the field.
• Deliver and exchange salt, equipment, and supplies while providing dependable, on-time service.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, educating customers about their systems, and building lasting relationships.
• Keep your company truck organized by managing inventory and ensuring your tools and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for the next job.

What We're Looking For

Experience in field service, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a related trade is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person!

Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting and fixing equipment.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company insurance requirements.

The ability to lift 50+ lbs. and comfortably perform physical work in a variety of weather conditions.

Excellent customer service and communication skills - you enjoy helping people and representing the Culligan brand.

A self-starter who can manage a daily route, stay organized, and work independently.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Must be fluent in English.
