Job summary

Walton & Company in York, PA seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician III to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. You will handle rooftops, boilers, pumps, VAV/VRF systems, and associated controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Service rooftops, split systems, boilers, pumps, VAV and VRF systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Start-ups, commissioning, and major component replacements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Complete electronic service reports and work orders using tablets.
