Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking an Service Technician II for our 2,141-unit apartment community in Hurst, TX. You will perform HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction and prompt repairs.

This on-site role requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA Level II or Universal certification, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. Weekends and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
