Westdale Asset Management in Austin, TX is seeking a Service Technician II for our 212-unit community. You will perform on-site maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs to keep residents satisfied.

The role requires at least 1 year of on-site property maintenance experience, a Level II or Universal EPA refrigerant certification, a valid Texas driver’s license, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• On-site property maintenance experience required.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related building systems.
