Description

Inspect, maintain, and complete repairs on “Compressed Natural Gas” (CNG), “Liquefied Natural Gas” (LNG), and/or “Liquid to Compressed Natural Gas” (LCNG) fueling equipment, including compressors, dispensers, priority panels, dryers, storage tanks, and other related equipment. During inspections, Service Technician II will identify and repair corrective actions and/or perform proactive maintenance. They will participate and/or lead in major overhauls, rebuilds, and startups. They will perform Preventative Maintenance service orders with minimal supervision, escalating to Service Tech III and Master Technician as needed. Ensuring stations are aesthetically pleasing by cleaning and removing trash is also part of the role.

Electrical: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and adjust electrical equipment such as wiring, panels, switch gear, gauges, transducers, solenoids, gas dryers, actuators, motors, meters, frequency drives, and controls.
• Diagnose and repair electrical problems, monitor and correct phase imbalances, current draw, low voltage supplies, and relay logic.

Mechanical: Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and adjust mechanical equipment like compressors, pumps, engines, heat exchangers, piping, filters, valves, and actuators.

General Duties

• Perform inspections, record operational data, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain fueling locations, update documentation in our D365 FSA software, and ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards.

Additional Requirements

• Drive between sites, with possible coverage in neighboring states.
• Be on-call 24/7 outside normal hours, including potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least 4 years of related experience or education.
