Property Details: Fountain Park has 112 units and is located in Canoga Park, CA
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, including participation in an on-call rotation (required)
Target Pay: $29.15 per hour
Role Overview: As a Service Technician II, you will be responsible for maintaining our community by completing maintenance requests promptly and preparing vacant apartments for new residents. This role ensures the community's cleanliness, aesthetic appeal, and functionality, meeting Prime’s standards of excellence. Your work plays a crucial role in maintaining the community's appearance and safety, significantly impacting first impressions for residents and prospects.
