Kastle Systems is seeking a Service Technician II to test, troubleshoot and repair access control and video systems at customer sites in the DC area. You will interact with clients, other contractors, and Kastle personnel to ensure high-quality service and timely completion of work.
You should have advanced electronics and networking knowledge, Avigilon certification, and the ability to diagnose complex issues.
The Service Technician II tests, troubleshoots and repairs all aspects of our security systems including access control, and video systems at customer sites. The Service Technician II interacts directly with the client, client representatives, other contractors and Kastle personnel to ensure a successful service and repair solutions. The Service Technician ensures that service orders are completed accurately and on time, and that these services meet or exceed client expectations.
The Service Technician tests, troubleshoots, and repairs all aspects of our access control systems. Experience with servicing CCTV, various video systems, networking (TCP/IP), and associated network routers, gateways, switches is a plus. Must be able to troubleshoot problems at customer sites and remotely. To that end, the Service Technician interacts directly with the client, client representatives, other contractors and Kastle personnel to ensure a successful service and repair solutions. The Service Technician ensures that service orders are completed accurately and on time, and that these services meet or exceed client expectations.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors. This range reflects base pay only and may not include bonus, commission, equity, or other incentive compensation, where applicable. Actual offers are determined individually based on the candidate's qualifications and internal equity considerations.
