Windsor Communities is seeking a Service Tech I at Windsor West Plano in Plano, TX. The role supports interior and exterior upkeep of a 363-unit mid-rise community and requires flexible weekend availability.

Starting hourly rates range from $17.65 to $22.06, with annual starting compensation of $36,712 to $45,884. Growth opportunities and benefits accompany this position.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office.
• Assist with weather related cleanup as needed.
• Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms.
• Apartment make ready support such as painting, cleaning, punch work and light maintenance.
• Perform light audits and light bulb replacement.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects and light work orders.
• Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.

Service Tech I | Windsor West Plano - Plano, TX

This site is a mid-rise style apartment community with 363 units on property.

Compensation

Hourly: Starting at $17.65 - $22.06 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.

Annual Starting Comp: $36,712 - $45,884.

Essential Duties

• Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office.
• Assist with weather related cleanup as needed.
• Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms.
• Apartment make ready support such as painting, cleaning, punch work and light maintenance.
• Perform light audits and light bulb replacement.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects and light work orders.

Requirements
