Windsor Communities is seeking a Service Tech I for Windsor Peachtree Corners in Peachtree Corners, GA. The role supports property upkeep, make-ready tasks, and light maintenance to ensure excellent curb appeal for residents.

The position offers housing discounts, paid time off, a cellphone stipend, and tuition assistance. A flexible schedule including weekends is required to meet property needs and service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots, decks, maintenance shop and leasing office.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup as needed.
• Manage recycling and trash operations including chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms.
• Provide apartment make-ready support such as painting, cleaning, punch work and light maintenance.
• Perform light audits and light bulb replacement.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects and light work orders.
• Support Windsor Communities' values by delivering exceptional service to teammates and residents.

Service Tech I | Windsor Peachtree Corners - Peachtree Corners, GA

The anticipated start date for this position is December 2026.

Windsor Peachtree Corners is a garden style community consisting of 460 apartment homes.

Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

Hourly: Starting at $17.65 - $22.06 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.

Annual Starting Comp: $36,712 - $45,884.

Essential Duties

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
