Job summary

Puretec Industrial Water is seeking a seasoned Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair water treatment equipment in the Gilbert area. You’ll work hands-on with RO units, pumps, and ultra-pure systems, traveling to customer sites and solving problems in the field.

We value mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Water Treatment Field Service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to customer sites.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Plant Maintenance, or Electrical experience 3–5 years acceptable.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting able.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair water treatment equipment, including RO units, pumps, and ultra-pure systems.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and replace or repair parts as needed.
• Work with hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and testing equipment.
• Load, unload, and set up equipment at customer locations.
• Work independently, adapt to new challenges daily with safety in mind.
• Learn about new water purification technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
• Work directly with customers to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Hands‑on problem solver: Install, maintain, and repair cutting‑edge water treatment equipment, including water softeners, reverse osmosis (RO) units, pumps, and ultra‑pure water systems.

What You Bring

Your Work Environment

• You’ll be in the field, not stuck in an office,expect to work outdoors and in industrial settings.
• Some travel required,mostly local, with occasional overnight trips.
• Active work,climbing, lifting (up to 40+ lbs), bending, and using tools are all part of the day.
