Korum Automotive Group in Washington is seeking experienced Hyundai Certified Service Technicians to join our growing team. The right candidate will have strong mechanical abilities and a desire to learn. The day-to-day duties include performing routine maintenance and repairs for customers.

Pay ranges from $25.83 to $46.89 per hour, with Hyundai certifications required. We value service to each other and the world, and offer a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related experience or alternative training.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and good hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and to the dealership's standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and to the dealership's standards
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months to one year of related experience or alternative training
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
• A teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
• At least 18 years of age
• Must be able to test drive vehicles.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
