Qualifications

• 5+ years of solo field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.

• Proficient troubleshooting (mechanical) and preventative maintenance.
• EPA certification and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Role: All levels of TechniciansThe HVAC Service Technician specializes in the start-up and service of equipment for a variety of applications of air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control and energy management. We are searching for both experienced and entry-level HVAC technicians to help support the growing service business. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, be dependable and have good customer service skills. This role would service our NYC Metro area.Requirements:5+ years of solo field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.Must have knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems.Must be proficient with troubleshooting (mechanical).Must have previous experience with preventative maintenance.Previous work experience with Aaon, Climatemaster, Multistack Chiller, ClimaCool, VRF System (Samsung, Hitachi, etc) a plus.Advanced knowledge of refrigeration.Controls background a plus.Manufacturing representative a plus.Chiller experience (a plus)EPA certificationMUST have a clean driving record.Estimated Salary: $25/hr - $70/hr, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
