Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Flexibility for emergency call-outs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in hot tubs and spas.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on hot tub models.
• Provide clear explanations to customers about repairs and recommended services.
• Maintain detailed service logs and records (parts used, time spent, customer notes).
• Respond to emergency repair requests as needed, including after-hours and weekend calls during freezing weather.
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and punctuality.
• Work safely and efficiently in outdoor environments, including all weather conditions.
• Keep a clean, organized service vehicle and work area.

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert maintenance and repair services to our customers' hot tubs throughout the St. Louis Metro area. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth, a provided company van, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in hot tubs and spas
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing on all hot tub models
• Provide clear, professional explanations to customers about repairs and recommended services
• Maintain detailed service logs and records (parts used, time spent, customer notes)
• Respond to emergency repair requests as needed, including after-hours and weekend calls during freezing weather

Requirements:
