Position Summary

Michigan CAT Service Technician is the heart of our business. You will work on and at times lead service and maintenance tasks of our customers’ equipment, while continuing to learn and prioritize safety at the workplace.

Diagnose problems with equipment/engines using various methods and tools.
Perform preventive maintenance on customer products.
Service and repair work, including mechanical and electrical tasks.
Identify and source parts required for repairs or service.
Complete detailed service reports for the Service Coordinator and Supervisor.
