Job summary

Mossy Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Technician for its high-volume shop. The role inspects, services, and prepares new and used vehicles to factory and dealership standards, with emphasis on completing jobs correctly and on time.

The position offers base hourly pay plus productivity bonuses, with a potential hourly rate up to $50 based on performance. A robust benefits package and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• AES certifications are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining up to date technical knowledge of current models and used vehicles sufficient to effectively communicate with service & sales staff.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
