Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, appliances, electrical troubleshooting, and general repairs.
• HVAC experience is preferred; HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance work orders and respond to resident service requests.
• Support apartment turns and make-readies to prepare homes for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, appliances, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Work with gas appliances and split-system HVAC equipment.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and requirements.
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs independently when appropriate.
• Communicate professionally with residents, staff, and team members.
• Assist the Service Manager during high-volume periods and on-call rotations.
