  • Job Title: Service Technician
  • Department: Environmental Services
  • Location: Pennsylvania Hospital, 800 Spruce Street
  • Hours: Full-time, evening shift
Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect assigned areas using hospital-approved germicidal detergents.
  • Maintain floors and surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and stripping floors.
  • Wash walls, fixtures, and other surfaces; polish and arrange furniture.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and damages.
  • Interact courteously with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Move furniture and carts as needed.
  • Dispose of trash and disinfect receptacles.
  • Prepare beds and clean bathrooms, including disinfection and restocking supplies.
  • Clean and disinfect isolation rooms and maintain janitorial equipment.
  • Work flexible hours as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
