Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on customer vehicles
• Diagnose concerns using OEM-level test plans, scan tools, and proper verification steps
• Handle electrical and drivability diagnostics appropriate to your skill level
• Document findings and repairs clearly and accurately
• Work with service advisors and parts to keep repair flow moving
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Community Ford of Bloomington is hiring Service Technicians with immediate openings for all skill levels. Whether you're early in your career and building your foundation or you're a senior diag tech who eats intermittent electrical problems for breakfast, we want to talk.

We run clean shops with proper tooling, OEM scan tools, and a parts department that actually answers the phone. Our service lanes stay busy - you won't be standing around waiting for work orders. We pay flat rate based on your skill set and certifications, and we invest in training because a better technician is better for everyone.

What You'll Do

We're not just hiring master techs. We are looking for A & B Techs to build on the knowledge you already have.

Brand-specific training and ASE certifications are a plus at any level but not required.
