Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking an experienced Service Technician - Filtration & Dehydration to maintain and service company and customer equipment in the Houston area. The role requires hands-on fuel and lubricant filtration experience, strong safety focus, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Ideal candidates will live within 60 miles of the Houston terminal, possess a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable with shifting schedules and potential travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot company and customer equipment.
• Operate pump motor sets, mechanical/electrical devices, oil blending systems, and filtration equipment.
• Participate in facility audits and lubrication surveys.
• Identify and report equipment concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Collect and ship used oil samples and communicate with oil analysis laboratories, as needed.
• Write, review, and update lubrication procedures.
• Document work, results, and equipment defects in the CMMS system.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician - Filtration & Dehydration to maintain and service company and customer equipment. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with fuel and lubricant filtration and is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot company and customer equipment.
• Operate pump motor sets, mechanical/electrical devices, oil blending systems, and filtration equipment.
• Participate in facility audits and lubrication surveys.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of fuel and lubricant filtration experience required.
• Live within 60 miles of the Houston terminal.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to follow safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work weekends, including day or night shifts, and travel as needed.
• Ability to perform physical work requiring lifting/force of up to 100 pounds.
• Stable employment history.
• Willingness to complete required pre‑employment and site‑specific drug testing, which may include hair follicle testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional filtration experience.
• TWIC Card.
• First Aid, HASC, MSHA, H2S, or Confined Space training.
