Job summary

ALL Family of Companies’ ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Technician and Erector for a full-time, non-exempt role with a comprehensive benefits package.

The position offers a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment and requires hands-on assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and repair of tower cranes, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong electrical background and PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of current federal tower crane regulations and safety priorities.
• Ability to climb.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair tower cranes.
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, overhaul, and modify components as needed.
• Read and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Document actions taken accurately.
• Use diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment, located in Raleigh is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Technician and Erector. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $300 payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of tower cranes
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, overhaul, and modify components as needed
• Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
• Able to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Must possess a strong electrical background and experience in troubleshooting programmable logic controllers
• Must have working knowledge of the current federal regulations for tower cranes and set high priority on safety
• Must be able to climb
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
