Overview:

As a Kiosk Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for regular cleaning, testing, and maintenance of IKE Smart City kiosks located in Houston, TX.

IKE is an interactive kiosk platform connecting cities with residents through vivid touchscreen displays, offering applications for exploring city amenities, events, and services. Your work will serve thousands of pedestrians daily, aiding city exploration and feedback sharing.

Responsibilities:

1. Visit designated areas on a schedule agreed with your supervisor.
2. Clean kiosk exteriors, removing dirt and marks.
3. Remove graffiti, stickers, and external markings not part of IKE branding.
4. Perform functional tests and report results.
5. Report issues to Remote Support and assist with troubleshooting.
6. Perform repairs and routine maintenance, including paint touch-ups, electronic replacements, and light electrical work.

Candidate Profile:

Reliable, conscientious, and able to follow schedules and processes. Independent worker with good technical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for reporting and troubleshooting. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and insurance, with the ability to drive daily.
