ESCO Group is seeking a Dispense Systems Service Technician to travel to customer sites to install, repair, and troubleshoot dispense systems. You will also run final tests at the ESCO facility and assist with FATs and lab trials.

A high level of professionalism and communication is required for customer interactions, with travel up to 60% and eligibility for sign-on and retention bonuses. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with the ESCO team to support and optimize

Formación

• 5+ years related work experience with ongoing education in maintenance, repair and operations of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with manufacturing processes in Food, Hydraulic, Chemical, and Plastics (injection molding, painting, reactive materials).
• Expert knowledge of pumps, valves, piping, pneumatics, seals, power transmission, motors and gearboxes.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical schematics and system troubleshooting.
• PLC and HMI troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Industrial electronics troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience with polyurethane processing equipment is highly desirable but not required.

Position Summary

The Dispense Systems Service Technician position supports the dispense systems team by traveling to customer sites to install, repair, and troubleshoot process equipment. The service technician will also be responsible for providing final runout and testing of completed projects at the ESCO facility as well as assisting with customer factory acceptance tests and application lab trials. This is a customer-facing position, requiring a very high level of professionalism and polished communication skills. Travel for this position is reguired up to approximately 60%. This position is eligible for a sign on and retention bonus.

Education & Experience

• 5-years related work experience with evidence of ongoing education in maintenance, repair and operations of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Required experience with any of the following manufacturing processes:
• Food (dairy, beverages, bakeries, etc.)
• Hydraulic Systems
• Chemical Systems and Manufacturing Plastics manufacturing; injection molding, painting, reactive materials
• Other related industries where the processing of liquid materials and automated manufacturing occurs.
• Expert knowledge in the function and repair of the following components and systems:
• Pumps; gear, piston, pneumatic, centrifugal
• Valves, flow controls, piping and fittings, pneumatics, seals
• Power Transmission; electric motors, gearboxes, cylinders, bearings
• Vacuum systems
• Temperature control systems; electric, water and oil
• Hydraulic and electrical schematics and system troubleshooting
• PLC and HMI troubleshooting and basic programming
• Industrial electronics troubleshooting and repair
• Experience with polyurethane processing equipment is highly desirable but not required.
• Valid drivers license.

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, Allen Bradley PLC software and navigation of the internet.

• Ability to conceptualize designs with limited points of reference and limited experience with the particulars of the scope of the project.

• Support the setup and execution of application lab trials and factory acceptance tests (FAT)
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and web-based communication
• Travel up to approximately 50%, primarily within the United States and Canada, with occasional internation travel; must be able to obtain U.S. Passport
