Job summary

Window World in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a dependable Service Technician who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and helping customers. This full-time role offers a company truck and opportunities to grow within America's largest replacement window company.

You'll repair windows, doors, and siding, perform maintenance at customer homes, and travel to sites in a company-provided truck. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, handyman services, window/door installation, or home improvement is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service replacement windows, entry doors, and siding.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs at customer homes.
• Complete caulking, finishing, and touch-up painting as needed.
• Diagnose product and installation issues and document repair recommendations.
• Safely operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Travel to customer job sites using a company-provided truck.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Window World professionally.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure quality service.

What You'll Do
