Job Summary

The technician will diagnose mechanical, electrical, or other failures of trucks and related equipment, performing disassembly, repair, and reassembly tasks.

Essential Functions

• Use all tools and diagnostic equipment properly
• Read and understand technical publications and service bulletins
• Determine usability of parts and order needed components
• Complete work accurately within time standards
• Document all work performed clearly
• Follow safety regulations and maintain attendance and punctuality
• Maintain certifications as required

Skills Needed

• P.M. Services, Brake and Clutch Adjustments, Battery diagnostics, etc.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to read/write in English
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and computers

Physical Demands
