Job summary

L0462 Rock Honda in Fontana, CA is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards. This full-time role offers a flat-rate pay model from $16.90 to $50.00 hourly, with incentives based on production and performance.

You will perform mechanical, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic repairs, maintain safety standards, and communicate vehicle status with service advisors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive service technician experience.
• ASE certifications and manufacturer training preferred, not required.
• Diagnostic and repair skills.
• Succeed in a busy automotive shop while working collaboratively with technicians and service staff.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Dealership: L0462 Rock Honda Rock Honda Now Hiring: Service Technician Pay: $16.90 - $50.00 Hourly/Flat Rate, depending on level Schedule: Full Time Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• We prefer ASE certifications and manufacturer training, but do not require them.
• Diagnostic and repair skills
• Succeed in a busy automotive shop while working collaboratively with technicians and service staff.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $50.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
