Job summary

Henderson Hyundai is hiring a Service Technician Class A to diagnose and repair automotive systems in a modern, air-conditioned shop. The role offers a pay range of $27-$40+ per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $2,500 for Level A & B technicians.

Flexible Monday–Saturday shifts and strong teamwork are emphasized for a positive shop environment. Candidates should be ready to test, diagnose, and perform repairs across engine, electrical, brakes, and A/C, with warranty work and clear time estimates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to work flexible hours, Mon-Sat.
• Experience in auto service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, and A/C.
• Provide time estimates to Service Advisor for repairs.
• Complete repairs following dealership processes.
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

• Pay: $27-40+ per hour depending on experience Up to a $2,500 sign on bonus for Level A & B Technicians. (Bonus applies to new hires only and is not eligible for anyone employed within the Lithia & Driveway network in the past 24 months.)
• Schedule: Must have open availability to work Monday through Saturday. Flexible shifts 7-4 / 8-5 / 9-6. Service Department is Open: M-F from 7-6 and Saturdays 7-5

What You’ll Do

• Test, diagnose and repair vehicle systems like the engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Keep the Service Advisor informed of any additional repairs needed and provide time estimates.

• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
