Pay Range and Compensation

Base pay ranges from $15.00/hr to $18.75/hr, with an earning potential of $45,000 to $65,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions. We offer comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Holidays, and opportunities for growth and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team and subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain warehouse responsibilities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Showcase quality craftsmanship and ensure project excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home remodeling; window measuring experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability between 6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Physical ability to crawl, climb, stretch, kneel, and carry up to 100 lbs.
