Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate directly with Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed and provide repair estimates
• Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

• Strong teamwork skills

• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately, ensuring safety and quality
• Inspect parts like hoses, belts, plugs, and fuel systems for issues
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to customers and staff

• Continuously update technical knowledge through training
• Inspect work performed by other technicians
