Window World Baton Rouge is hiring a Service Technician to repair and maintain residential windows, doors, and siding. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure quality while delivering excellent customer service to homeowners.

The role involves driving a company vehicle, using hand and power tools, and working Monday–Friday with overtime opportunities. Training is provided for candidates with construction or home‑improvement experience seeking hands‑on growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to report to Baton Rouge location daily.
• Home improvement or construction experience a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain residential windows, doors, and siding.

Have experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, or home improvement? Great. Still building your experience but mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools? We’re willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Service, repair, and maintain residential windows, doors, and siding
• Diagnose issues and determine the best solution for repairs
• Repair or replace vinyl windows, entry doors, siding, and related components
