Job summary

LSA Management is seeking a Multifamily Service Technician to support maintenance operations across apartment communities in Forest Hills, NC. You will complete service requests, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, and ensure excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have EPA Type II or Universal certification, a valid driver license, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and strong customer service skills. Yardi/Entrata/RealPage experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required or preferred.
• 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver license.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
