As a Service Technician, you will work at one of our communities, representing Mark-Taylor by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the physical assets and community grounds.

You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain an adequate supply of these units.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair minor air conditioning, heating, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool maintenance, ensuring proper chemical balance and safety.
• Complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
• Inspect properties for safety hazards, correct them, and inform the Manager of Facilities and Service.
• Share on-call duties with the team, being available in uniform/badge to respond to property needs.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.

The starting hourly pay range for Service Technicians is $22.00, depending on experience and community complexity. The schedule may include weekends, and participation in a rotating on-call schedule with additional pay is required.
