Job Description
The Service Technician role is a vital part of our operations, serving as both the face of our company and responsible for delivering the world-class service our customers expect. Service Technicians handle service calls and troubleshooting for equipment such as ATMs, ITMs, Cash Recyclers, Cash Counters, Security Systems, Video Surveillance, and other banking-related equipment.
