Job summary

Berger Communities is seeking a hands-on Service Manager for Stonecliffe Apartments in Monroeville, PA. You will lead a skilled maintenance team, troubleshoot repairs, coach staff, and drive efficiency while delivering top-notch resident service.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a rotating on-call schedule. Salary is $32–$34/hour with comprehensive benefits and bonuses to start Day 1.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team in apartment or hotel settings.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Experience in property maintenance or facilities management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
• Prepare homes for move-in.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Type:Full Time
