Job Summary

The Service Technician is responsible for seating repairs, small punch‑list items, client education, and supporting installation teams as needed. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and end users
• Represent OFR professionally in the field
• Perform seating repairs (cylinders, backs, tilts, casters, etc.)
• Complete small punch‑list items (keys, cores, trim, etc.)
• Deliver new seating and educate clients on product features
• Assist installation teams with projects as needed
• Maintain accurate reporting through IQ software

Requirements

• Clean background check (no felonies)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test

Technology‑friendly (IQ reporting experience a plus)

Minimum 5 years of seating and installation experience

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to learn quickly

Self‑motivated and able to work independently
