DOC Services Inc. is seeking Field Service Maintenance Technicians (Floater) to service and repair light industrial equipment for big box retailers.

You will travel within a 3-hour radius and spend roughly 2 ½ weeks per month on overnight travel, performing preventative maintenance and reactive service on electromechanical equipment. The role requires reading schematics, using hand and power tools, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

With over 28 years of experience and, with full certified technicians, we provide our customers with support and repair solutions designed to extend the life of their equipment, reducing down time and minimizing the impact of your bottom line.

As a part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role performing preventative maintenance and reactive service repair on paint and electromechanical equipment at big box retailers. This will include servicing stores within a 3-hour radius of your service market up to 2 weeks per month and will also require travel overnight on average for at least 2 ½ weeks per month.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then providing a solution
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers
