Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube in Virginia Beach is hiring a Service Technician with no automotive experience required. You’ll be trained on maintenance, inspections, and customer service as part of a fully cross-trained team.

You’ll perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections, while building loyalty through clear communication and quality work. On-site training and growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
