Job summary

Jiffy Lube is seeking a Service Technician to assist customers by ensuring vehicle safety and delivering quality service. Our team is fully cross-trained to handle maintenance, inspections, and customer care, with strong emphasis on safety and standards.

Responsibilities include oil changes, inspections, and basic maintenance, plus supporting additional automotive services. Training is provided, and there are clear growth and reward opportunities for dedicated team members.

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high‑energy, reliable, customer‑focused team players. If you communicate well, learn fast, and enjoy a fast‑paced environment, this is your chance to build a long‑term career -- no experience required!

A Driver's License is strongly preferred but not required.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
