Jiffy Lube LLC. in Mentor, OH is seeking a Service Technician who will help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team is fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

No automotive experience is required—we train. You’ll learn oil changes, fluid tops, inspections, and basic repairs while building a long‑term career with strong growth opportunities and on‑site training.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)

• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
