Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician in Florence, AL. No automotive experience required—we train. You’ll perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections while delivering friendly, reliable service.

You’ll be fully cross-trained to handle maintenance, safety checks, and customer interactions. This entry-level role offers paid training, growth paths, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

A Driver's License is strongly preferred but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do
