Job summary

Jiffy Lube in Virginia Beach is looking for a Service Technician. No automotive experience is required—we train.

You will help customers feel confident about their vehicle safety and perform maintenance and inspections, with cross-training to handle oils changes and basic repairs. On-site training and development opportunities are available, along with a focus on safety, teamwork, and delivering quality service to every customer.

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high‑energy, reliable, customer‑focused team players. If you communicate well, learn fast, and enjoy a fast‑paced environment, this is your chance to build a long‑term career -- no experience required!

Driver's License is strongly preferred but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

What You Bring

• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb
• Comfortable in enclosed or semi‑outdoor workspaces

• Any level of automotive experience
• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
