Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube in Katy, TX is hiring a Service Technician. No automotive experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

You'll work with a high‑energy team, learn oil changes, fluid refills, and multi‑point inspections, while building customer trust through clear communication and quality work. This is a full‑time role with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines

• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
