Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube in Pasadena, TX is hiring a Service Technician. You’ll help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles and work with a fully cross-trained team to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

No automotive experience required — we train. You will learn oil changes, fluid refills, multi-point inspections, and core repairs while building strong communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Valid Driver’s License (strongly preferred)
• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
