R & R Auto Group is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians for a busy, family-owned dealership. The shop is well-equipped and offers training, growth opportunities, and a sign-on bonus with potential commissions.

Ideal candidates have ASE certifications (preferred) and a strong automotive background, plus a clean driver’s license. Join a team that values training, rewards effort, and promotes from within wherever possible.

Responsabilidades

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about any additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen& background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
