TradePosted, a division of Posted Companies, is seeking a dependable Service Technician to travel nationwide and perform maintenance at customer sites. The role involves living on the road, lifting up to 75 lbs, and adhering to safety standards while representing the company professionally.

Paid training is provided, with per diem for overnight travel, travel and lodging expenses covered, and overtime available. A company vehicle is furnished, and 401(k) eligibility begins after one year.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%)
• Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)
• Valid state driver’s license (subject to continuous review)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly; comfortable working at heights/outdoors in all weather
• Ability to safely work on ladders (weighs up to 275 lbs)
• Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks at a time
• Willingness to assist with additional tasks as business needs evolve

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services: Food & Beverage Equipment, HVAC coil cleaning, pressure washing, general facility maintenance
• Assist with site supervision, furniture removal/installation, and painting as needed
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements and company standards
• Prioritize customer needs while managing workload independently
• Meet OSHA ladder safety requirements and work at heights confidently
• Use company tech for work orders, reporting, and communication
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Maintain organization of tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouses
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle with safety compliance

Compensation & Benefits

• $21+/ hour(based on experience)
• $59 per diem for every overnight travel day

Position Overview

As a Service Technician you will travel to customer sites, within and outside of the Massachusetts market, to perform a variety of maintenance services. Once trained, you’ll work independently while representing the company professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Maintenance Services, including:
  • Food and Beverage Equipment Services
